If available, request your distance PD and, for bifocal or progressive lenses, your segment or fitting height from your optometrist or previous optical office. Send those measurements with your current prescription.

How to provide your measurements
Use the most reliable option available to you. Refocus reviews the information before your glasses are approved for processing.
Comfortable with your current lenses?
If your current single-vision, bifocal, or progressive lenses feel comfortable and your vision is well centered, leave them installed in the frame. Refocus can evaluate their placement as a fitting reference for your new lenses. A current prescription is still required.
If records are not available, use PD Meter
Take exactly two photos at the app's Optimal distance—about 52 cm (20–21 inches).

PD Meter is currently available for iPhone. Android users can select “I need help with measurements” in the order form.

- Photo 1, without glasses: take one reading showing your total Far PD, then tap Lock and Share.
- Photo 2, with your glasses on: keep the frame fully seated, hold the phone upright and level at eye height, keep your head straight, look directly at the camera lens, then tap Lock and Share.
For each image, tap Lock, then Share and choose Save to Files. Return to this form and upload both saved images. Large phone images are reduced automatically.
